Sports Rehab

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Getting back on the field takes more than pain-free — it takes strength, confidence and proof. Our phased rehab moves you from injury to performance, with objective testing before you return to sport.

What we treat

Ligaments, tendons and muscle injuries — rebuilt in phases

From weekend footballers to competitive athletes, we rehab injuries the way performance demands: measured baselines, progressive loading and a tested return — on our strength floor and outdoor turf.

  • ACL and ligament injuries — conservative management and pre/post-surgical rehab.
  • Ankle sprains — from first-week swelling control to cutting and landing mechanics.
  • Tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow — stubborn tendon pain that rest alone rarely fixes.
  • Muscle strains and tears — hamstring, calf and quad injuries with graded reloading.
  • Runner’s knee and shin splints — overuse injuries driven by load and mechanics.
  • Shoulder and back injuries in lifters — from impingement to disc-related pain under load.
Your treatment

What a session involves

Every plan follows the ART method — Alignment to find the cause, Rehab to treat it, Training to make it last.

Diagnose and baseline

Clinical testing plus strength and movement baselines, so progress is measured rather than guessed.

Settle the injury

Swelling control, mobility restoration and pain-free loading in the early phase.

Rebuild on the gym floor

Progressive strength, power and conditioning using our full training floor and turf.

Prove you’re ready

Return-to-sport testing — strength symmetry, hop tests and sport-specific drills before clearance.

Is this for you

Who it’s for

This is for athletes who refuse the cycle of injury, rest, re-injury — and for anyone who wants their comeback to be stronger than the setback.

  • Weekend football, cricket and badminton players.
  • School and college athletes with season goals.
  • Runners and marathon trainees managing overuse injuries.
  • Gym-goers and lifters training around — not through — pain.
  • Anyone who has re-injured the same spot twice.

Re-injury is the real enemy — most repeat injuries happen because rehab stopped at “pain-free” instead of continuing to “stronger than before”. Our return-to-sport criteria exist to break that cycle. Knee ligament injuries get dedicated care on our knee pain & ACL rehab page.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

When can I return to my sport?

It depends on the injury: a mild ankle sprain may take 2–3 weeks; an ACL reconstruction, 9–12 months. You’ll get a phased timeline at assessment, with testing gates — not dates — deciding each step forward.

Can I keep training around the injury?

Usually yes. We modify rather than stop training, protecting your fitness while the injured tissue heals. Complete rest is rarely the answer.

Do I need surgery, or can rehab fix it?

Many injuries — including some ACL and meniscus tears — do well with structured rehab. We’ll give you an honest opinion and refer for a surgical consult when the evidence favours it.

What is return-to-sport testing?

Objective strength and hop tests comparing your injured and healthy sides, plus sport-specific drills. You return when the numbers say you’re ready, not when the calendar does.
